BBQ Pizza - Macho Cook to the Rescue! - with his Pastrami Pizza Recipe

Due to the dangers of combining open flames with beer and wine, no one should attempt to re-create or re-enact any stunt or activity performed in this video. Surprisingly, no people, animals or barbeques were harmed during the creation of this video. However, the pizzas were hacked to pieces and eaten with gusto. (Because it's not funny until someone gets hurt - then it's hilarious.)

Pastrami Pizza

1 White Pizza Dough
1 Tablespoon Cornmeal
2 1/2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
1 Cup Shredded Four Cheese Blend
4 to 5 Slices of Pastrami, Cut in Small Pieces
1/2 to 3/4 Cup (3 spears) Dill Pickles, Drained and Chopped

Preheat pizza stone at 450 degrees. Roll out the dough on a floured board. Sprinkle cornmeal on peel. Gently shake extra flour off dough and put on peel.

Spread mustard on dough. Sprinkle most of the cheese on pizza. Arrange pastrami and pickles on pizza. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

Cook on 450 degree pizza stone until dough is done, about 6 minutes.
